Rental Policies

Each boat rental (cataraft, raft, kayak) comes with complementary life vests, paddles, helmets, pump, throw rope, tie-down straps, whistle, and a small dry bag.

A $100.00 deposit is required for all kayak and SUP rentals, and for individual gear rentals, such as groovers, fire pans, and oar frames. A $200.00 deposit is required for all raft rentals. The deposit is added to the bill at the point of delivery and refunded when the gear is returned.

1. The renter of the gear must be 18 years old and agree to the terms of the rental contract.

2. Each boater/passenger must sign a liability release waiver.

3. Minimum weight requirement for kids is 50lbs. We have type V life vests for 50-90 lbs.
No kids under 50lbs.

4. Kids under 11 years-old are required to paddle in a double kayak or a raft with an adult.

Less than 1,500 CFS/Cubic Feet/Per Second - Weight min: 50lbs
Above 1,5000 CFS, the age limit is 12, and or above 90 lbs.
Above 3,000 CFS, the age limit is 16 and above 90lbs.

6. New Mexico Law requires each person to wear a. life jacket. If you have your own you are welcome to use it as long as it is a U.S. Coast Guard approved type vest.
